Glittery mani for OMD3 challenge

Glittery mani for  OMD3 challenge, day 7!! 🙂

Today the theme is glittery, so I’ve decided to use different glittery polish on each nail. But I’m not happy with the result, especially the gradient on the ring that hasn’t come out well !!

Oggi il tema è “glittery”, così ho scelto di usare smalti glitterati diversi su ogni unghia, anche se non sono del tutto contenta del risultato, soprattutto dello sfumato sull’anulare che non è uscito bene stavolta !!

On the ring finger I used the same three colors of the other nails, even if the picture does not seem so.
On the other nails, over the glaze, I’ve made a glittery gradient applying the glitter with the sponge. 🙂

Per lo sfumato sull’anulare ho usato gli stessi tre colori delle altre unghie, anche se dalla foto non sembra così.
Sulle altre unghie, sopra lo smalto, ho fatto uno sfumato glitterato applicando i glitter con la spugnetta.

Products used:

Index finger: –Yves Rocher n°13 (fuchsia base color) + L’oreal 842 “sequin explosion” (glittery top coat, used here);

Middle finger: – Layla n°203 (purple) + Maybelline street artist Top Coat n°02 (glittery top coat);

Pinky: – Collistar gel effect n°557 (lilac color) + Essence Special effect Topper n°02 “circus confetti” (glitter).

7. Glittery

Black & blue nails

Hi everyone!!

This time I make a nail art on fake nails.

I made a white-blue gradient on the middle and on the ring finger, and then a special top coat: the “Maybelline Color Show-street artist” in the photo (I really love this particular top coat)!!

Stavolta ho fatto una nail art sulle unghie finte.

Ho realizzato uno sfumato sull’azzurro su medio e anulare, sempre con la solita tecnica della spugnetta; e sopra ho steso questo particolare top coat della Maybelline (“Maybelline Color Show-street artist”) che si vede anche in foto (e che mi piace tantissimo)!!

On the index and the pinky I used the black nail polish by Pupa, a beautiful black gel nail polish.

The Lacquer Legion challenge

This is my nail art with which I’ve decided to participate at the first challenge of “The Lacquer Legion”.

The theme was “Reinvention”, so I chose a gold and green Reverse French reinterpreted with various shades of green with a touch of gold also under the nail; I used three shades of green and on the ring finger and thumb I also added a green glittery nail polish (Maybelline color show Polka Dots n°200 )…. I never tried this type of Frech before, but i’m really glad to have partecipated with this :-))))!!!

-gold polish: Pupa

-on the index and middle: green polish by Basic Beauty

-on the ring finger: light green by Avon “teal infusion”

-on the pinky: dark green by Avon “green with envy”

-glittery top coat: Maybelline color show Polka Dots n°200

Questa è la mia nail art con cui ho deciso di partecipare al primo tema di “The Lacquer Legion”. Il tema è Reinvention quindi ho scelto una French Reverse oro e verde reinterpretata con varie tonalità di verde e con un tocco di color oro anche sotto l’unghia. Ho usato tre tonalità di verde, una più chiara e due più scure, e su anulare e pollice ho aggiunto anche uno smalto verde glitterato (Maybelline color show Polka Dots n°200)….Non avevo mai provato questo tipo di french, ma sono felice di aver partecipato con questa:-)!!
